60:40 is a unique, hybrid class that helps dancers build a foundation for good, safe dance practice. Class begins with about 45 minutes of somatic conditioning exercises which move in and out of standing, and then evolves into about 35 minutes of clear, dynamic, and challenging ballet movement. Ideal for dancers looking to improve technique, enjoy a slow start to a long day, or for those recovering from injury. This class efficiently gets you from 0 to 60.

Recommended for:

•Dancers looking to improve technique, strength, coordination, alignment and flexibility

•Dancers recovering from/coping with injury

Pilates experience suggested, but not required

Small group sessions are an affordable way for dancers to experience pilates equipment and receive personalized feedback and assistance. Guided by the instructor for an hour and a half, each dancer will progress independently through a unique program of exercises designed to suit their individual needs and goals. 

 


FAMILY-FRIENDLY CONDITIONING IN THE PARK

co-taught with Kirsten Adler

 Conditioning Circuit Training in Prospect Park on select Tuesday and Saturday mornings in July

$25/1 hour session

These sessions will get your heart pumping, your quads burning, and your hamstrings well stretched.

Plus, with two eagle-eyed teachers, we'll be able to make sure everyone maintains beautiful, safe form.

Our babies will sometimes be present, so feel free to bring your little ones and we'll try to incorporate them into your workout!
